Varghese about his motivation for tutoring: I thoroughly enjoy experiencing the moment when a topic that a student has been struggling with suddenly ‘clicks’. I help students by explaining topics from the ground up. I usually find that there was a misunderstanding at the very basic level which prevented access to more complex topics. By having a one-to-one, judgement-free session you get to ask all the questions that you may have been scared to ask before. There is no such thing as a stupid question, asking is the best way to learn!
 

One of the main areas, Varghese can help his students best is the exam technique. His tutoring experience encompasses the last 5 years. This means that numerous pupils got better grades and passed their GCSEs and A-Level exams with his expert help. Now, Varghese is also looking to support students preparing for National 5 and Higher or Advanced Higher exams in Scotland.

As a final year student at the university, Varghese has completed all stages of education for Physics. He is a great asset to our team and we believe that he has all it takes to support younger students on their journey to become competent and confident in this fascinating subject.
